Future Plans

These are our plans for 2012-2013:

  • We are developing a series of short training videos for this website.
  • We will add a group of charts demonstrating gains that health care systems have made during a period of consultation with Dr. Robinson, Dr. Strosahl, and other Mountainview Consulting Group staff members.
  • We will share examples of our work with health care systems concerning identification of sources of stress for primary care providers, as well as ideas for building resiliency in primary care.

    Living Life Well: New Strategies for Hard Times

    LIving Life WellLiving Life Well is a brief workbook for people who want to improve their quality of life and their ability to work with emotional difficulties. Readers learn seven strategies and apply them to develop more skills. The strategies were tested in a randomized control study with patients with symptoms of depression and found to improve patient’s rates of applying the strategies as well as symptoms of depression.
